The Ouroboros sculpture is my playful combination of ancient symbols rich with lyrical expressions. A collage of the serpent, sun-flare and portal hole, all relics of many cultures are blended and fused into a single form. The result is an expanded story translating to one's own imaginative interpretation.

OUROBOROS – u·ro·bo·ros; is an ancient symbol of a snake or serpent eating its own tail. Its meaning variously signifying the cycle of birth and death, perpetuity, renewal, known as an infinity symbol in ancient Egyptian, Greek & Norse cultures.

The exterior is composed of various quartz aggregate tones. The portal-hole is made of exterior grade, pearlescent resin.
